High-Speed Rail and Hotel Package Booking Information
｜Project Information｜
This promotion is a special offer launched in partnership between the hotel and Taiwan High Speed Rail.
Guests may purchase reserved-seat high-speed rail tickets (standard or business class) when booking a room on the hotel’s official website, and pay for them at the same time.

| Booking and Usage Guidelines |
High-speed rail tickets must be purchased together with the hotel reservation on the hotel’s official website.
The order includes hotel booking, train ticket seat reservations, changes, and cancellations, all of which are handled through the hotel's system.
Seats are automatically assigned by the system. Seat selection is unavailable, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed.

｜Train Ticket Purchase Restrictions｜
The departure or arrival station must include the station serving the hotel. One-way or round-trip tickets are available.
Booking dates: the check-in date (including the day before) and the check-out date (including the following day).
The number of tickets must match the number of guests staying.
Seat reservations can be made from 29 days before the travel date until 60 minutes before departure.

| Ticket Collection Method |
Tickets can be collected using the following methods:
At the high-speed rail station ticket counter or ticket vending machine,Convenience store (TWD 10 service fee per ticket)
High-Speed Rail T-EX App※ Discounted tickets require presentation of relevant identification.

｜Changes and Refunds｜
Each ticket may be changed once only (same date and route).

Ticket not yet collected:
Changes or cancellations can be made through the hotel system up to 30 minutes before departure.

Ticket issued:
Must be completed at an HSR station or through the original ticketing channel no later than 30 minutes before departure.
A handling fee will be charged for ticket refunds.

｜Cancel Reservation｜
If you cancel your hotel reservation, you must also cancel the high-speed rail tickets; they cannot be kept separately.
Guests who have already collected their tickets must first request a refund and provide proof to the hotel.
